You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, and then a tracking number as soon as it is shipped.

2. Delivery times
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 business days (depending on your location).
Delays may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions or carrier-related issues, which are beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

3. Delivery costs
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order.
Promotions with free delivery are sometimes available – keep an eye on our banners and offers on the website!

4. International Delivery
We currently offer international delivery to certain countries.
Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination.
Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

6. Lost or damaged packages

7. Incorrect address

We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
