Refund Policy

At Fuzance, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when received.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Items worn, washed or damaged by the customer

  • Items on final sale or discounted

  • Custom or made-to-order items

3. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Delivery charges are non-refundable except in the case of an error on our part (wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items.
To exchange the same item, contact us by email at retour@fuzance.com within 7 days of delivery.

5. Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service or shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

6. How to request a return
To initiate a return, please email us at return@fuzance.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the next steps.
