General Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between the company FUZANCE , SAS registered with the RCS of Paris under number 987 666 096 , whose registered office is located at 6 villa du Mont Tonnerre, 75015 Paris, France , and any person (hereinafter "the Customer") making a purchase on the website www.fuzance.com (hereinafter "the Site").
Any order implies the Client's unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Orders
Any order placed on the Site constitutes a firm and final commitment from the Customer.
FUZANCE reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of total or partial non-payment of a previous order, or suspicion of fraud.
An order confirmation is sent to the Customer by email after payment validation.
4. Price
Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), with delivery charges.
FUZANCE reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
5. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering.
Payments are made via the methods offered on the Site (bank card, etc.) through a secure interface.
FUZANCE does not store any banking data.
6. Delivery
The products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
Delivery costs are specified at the time of purchase.
The transfer of risk takes place at the time of delivery of the package to the Customer or to any person authorized to receive the delivery.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason.
Terms :
- Product unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags.
- Return in its original packaging,
- Return shipping costs are covered by Fuzance.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return, provided that the above conditions are met.
8. Legal Guarantees
The products sold are covered by legal guarantees:
- Guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the Consumer Code),
- Guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).

9. Responsibility
FUZANCE cannot be held liable for any indirect or intangible damages related to the use or purchase of a product via the Site.
FUZANCE's liability is in any event limited to the amount of the order in question.
10. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Site (texts, visuals, logos, videos, design, photos, domain names...) are protected by French and international laws relating to intellectual property.
Any unauthorized reproduction or exploitation, even partial, is strictly prohibited.
11. Personal data
The personal data collected is necessary for order management, customer relations and compliance with legal obligations.
The Client has the right to access, rectify, delete or object to their data, in accordance with the GDPR, by writing to contact@fuzance.com .
The data is never resold to third parties.
12. Applicable Law – Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law .
In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact customer service for an amicable resolution.
In the absence of an agreement, jurisdiction is assigned to the courts within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Paris , unless otherwise provided by mandatory legal provisions.
