Les mesures doivent être prises près du corps, à l’aide d’un mètre ruban souple. Celui-ci doit rester bien à plat, sans serrer ni flotter, afin d’obtenir une mesure précise.

Tour de poitrine
Mesurez la circonférence de votre buste au niveau le plus fort, en passant le mètre horizontalement autour du dos (au niveau des omoplates) et sur la pointe des seins. Tenez-vous droite et respirez normalement.

Tour de taille
Le tour de taille correspond à la partie la plus fine du tronc, entre les côtes et les hanches. Placez le mètre ruban horizontalement autour de cette zone, sans trop serrer.

Tour de bassin
Tenez-vous bien droite et mesurez la circonférence à l’endroit le plus large de vos hanches et de vos fesses. Le mètre doit rester bien parallèle au sol.

Hauteur d’entrejambe
Cette mesure correspond à la longueur intérieure de la jambe. Tenez-vous debout, jambes légèrement écartées, et demandez à quelqu’un de mesurer depuis le haut de l’intérieur de la cuisse jusqu’au sol, le long de la jambe.

2) Intermediate : membrane Waterproof and breathable polyurethane that keeps you dry while allowing perspiration to escape.
